1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 4 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. ground ground ginger
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
8 cups mixed salad greens torn in bite-size pieces
Directions
Mix soup, soy, vinegar, garlic powder and ginger in large shallow nonmetallic dish. Remove and refrigerate 3/4 cup for dressing. Add chicken to remaining mixture and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from soup mixture. Place chicken on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-hot coals. Grill uncovered 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning and brushing often with soup mixture. Slice chicken into thin strips.
Arrange salad greens on platter. Arrange chicken over salad greens. Pour reserved dressing over chicken.
